These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Deal Room platform and services operated by Deal Room Group, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Deal Room is an AI-powered platform that connects Founders, Creators, Event Producers, and Brands through strategic partnership matching. We provide AI-guided intake, partner matching from our 17K+ contact database, community access, and exclusive resources to help you build meaningful business partnerships.

2. Membership and Access

Upon payment, you receive access to our platform including:
- AI-powered partner matching
- Access to our contact database
- Community resources and networking opportunities
- Exclusive tools, seminars, and workshops
- Asset upload capabilities (pitch decks, media kits)

2.1 Authorized Account Administration

To deliver account setup, concierge management, customer support, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and platform security, authorized Company personnel may temporarily access and, when necessary for the documented task, act within your account. This operational access is part of the service and is not a transfer of account ownership.

Access is limited to administrators with the appropriate permission and enrolled multi-factor authentication. Each access session must record the personnel member's identity, the date and time, the affected account, and a specific business reason. Sessions begin in read-only mode by default. Personnel must use the least intrusive mode reasonably necessary for the documented purpose, and live actions may create the same changes or communications that you could create through the account.

Company personnel may not use account access for personal purposes, unrelated surveillance, or any purpose inconsistent with these Terms or our Privacy Policy. 3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with The Deal Room within 30 days of purchase, contact us at kyle@onspark.com for a full refund.

4. User Conduct

Members agree to:
- Provide accurate information during intake
- Engage professionally with matched partners
- Respect intellectual property and confidential information
- Not spam, harass, or misuse the platform or its members

5. Partnership Results

While we facilitate introductions and provide proven strategies, The Deal Room does not guarantee specific partnership outcomes, revenue, or sponsorship deals. Success depends on your follow-through, engagement, and business fit.

6. User Data and Privacy

We collect and use personal data only for specified purposes and under an applicable legal basis, including performing these Terms and our legitimate interests in securely operating and supporting the service. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, tools, and frameworks remain the property of The Deal Room. Members may use provided resources for their own business purposes but may not resell or redistribute them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
